As our students head back to school we have decided to host a “Back to School Conference” to equip our students and teachers to handle the attacks of the enemy that have become very real in our school systems.  On Sunday morning August 10 Lt. Colonel Dr. Kerry Powell, retired Air Force and Navy Chaplain, will be bringing a powerful, informing message refuting the theory of evolution. On Sunday night August we will have a joint service with the Church in the Cove. The Church in the Cove is the Home church of our new student minister. We are thrilled to be able to install Logan Abbott as our student minister that night. We will be having a fellowship meal to welcome Logan, Laura, and Ada Abbott. Darren Wigington, the pastor of The Church in the Cove and our pastor Keith Pierce will be preaching in that service.

The Healing Health Ministry of Cades Cove Baptist Fellowship which is led by Rita and Leon Myers will be moving to Wednesday nights beginning January 16 and will begin at 6:30. Anyone wishing to register can do so by leaving a message at the church office or calling Rita Myers at 982-6959

Cades Cove Baptist Church is seeking a part time Children’s Minister. We are a transitioned, worship driven, small church with a big vision.  Our purpose statement is “Sharing God’s Love” and our covenant members are our ministers.
